Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund. Returns are accepted for any MounjaCaps product purchased through mounjacaps.org.

How to Return

Email us at support@mounjacaps.org to initiate the return process within 60 days of purchase.

You must return the product within 14 days after initiating the return. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returned products must be in good condition and include all original accessories.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@mounjacaps.org. Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
