Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed during holidays may experience additional delays. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
All shipping addresses are verified through the USPS. If invalid or incomplete information is provided, processing may be delayed by 3–5 business days.
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. These estimates exclude weekends and holidays. MounjaCaps is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, carrier issues, weather, or force majeure.
We primarily ship via UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For delivery issues, please contact us at support@mounjacaps.org.
International orders may take 4–6 weeks to arrive. In rare cases, up to 12 weeks. Customs delays may apply and additional fees might be required depending on destination country.
If you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped. If the order has shipped, you can refuse delivery or return it with tracking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. We cannot change addresses once the order is processed. If the package is returned to us, we can re-ship or refund.
If tracking shows a package as delivered, MounjaCaps will not offer refunds for non-receipt. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for investigation in such cases.
To receive a full refund, all bottles (empty, full, or partial), including any bonus or free items, must be returned within 60 days of purchase to our fulfillment center.
